ZC42 (AG1" + 22.3mm solder)

Our copper brazed stainless steel heat exchangers (ZC series) have been successfully established in the market for many years. The TTZ plate heat exchangers (or plate heat exchangers) are seal-less, thus they are characterized by a small installation space.  Due to an innovative plate design, highly turbulent flows lead to a high heat transfer coefficient and thus to a highly efficient heat transfer.

TTZ uses only high quality materials, which are combined with experience, engineering and careful manufacturing to create a durable and solid heat exchanger.

The ZC42 provides increased thermal length for greater efficiency with good pressure drop. Upon request, we can customize connection dimensions/stub dimensions to meet your needs.

Popular applications:

Solar systems, building services, oil cooling,

Refrigeration: Evaporator / Condenser / Economizer / Recuperator

District heating / transfer stations

Technical data at a glance:

Gauge / connection dimension / distance between the centers of the nozzles:

70mm x 278 mm (other stub dimensions available on request).

Outer dimension: 125mm x 334mm

L-dimension: L[mm]=13,0+2,4 x N ... number of plates dependent height "L" of the apparatus

N... number of plates

Plate material: stainless steel 1.4404

Solder: copper

Connections: 1" external thread / solder connection 22,3mm (other connection variants on request)
This is a so-called combination connection. With this connection the apparatus can be screwed as well as soldered.

Weight: m[kg]=1,60+0,170 x N

N... Number of plates

max. permissible operating pressure: 45bar

max. perm. operating temperature: 200°C
