ZD2 (AG1" + 22.3mm solder)
Our 100% stainless steel plate heat exchangers (ZD series) are manufactured using a process that results in non-ferrous metal heat exchangers that closely resemble a welded apparatus. This results in gasket-free apparatus with a particularly low ion release for high purity applications and high resistance to corrosive media (e.g. NH3).
Due to an innovative plate design, high turbulent flows lead to a high heat transfer coefficient and thus to a highly efficient heat transfer. TTZ uses only high quality materials, which are combined with experience, engineering and careful manufacturing to create a durable and solid heat exchanger.
With its short characteristic length, the ZD2 ensures a very low pressure drop. The innovative plate design nevertheless ensures good heat transfer. Upon request, we can customize connection dimensions/stub dimensions to meet your needs.
